Display Typeface
While making sketches of some letter forms, I created some curves that reminded me of the way a race track looked, and when combined, resembled the tread marks that tires leave on asphalt.
I had the idea to create a typeface made from variations on these curves that would look good on tires and other rally/racing related objects. Named after the infamous Nürburgring race track.
